It is important to eat well of course but always in moderation. When we say eat well we do not mean buying very expensive food or eating very meaty meals. Don’t rush your meals, take your time and enjoy each mouthful. It is a good idea to give yourself at least twenty minutes to eat a meal so your body can adjust to the digestion task and give your stomach time to tell you when you are full up.
